The LABP will provide three scholarships to local high school seniors this year.
Each applicant must be a full-time resident of Louisa, Orange or Spotsylvania Counties and a current senior planning to enroll in an accredited education or training institution.
Applications are due by March 31, 2026, submitted by mail to LABP, PO Box 536, Mineral, VA 23117.
Three recipients to be named to receive $2,500 scholarship toward tuition based upon their scholastic achievements, community involvement, recommendations and extracurricular activities.
Recipients will be notified by April 15 of their award, with scholarships being presented before the end of the school year for the student.
